Dispatch Timelines

• Ready-to-wear: dispatched within 3–7 business days
• Made-to-order: dispatched within 1–3 weeks

Delivery timelines are estimated from the dispatch date, not the order date.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Express shipping charges and future international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package dimensions.

For international orders, live estimated shipping rates will be available during checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure all delivery information is entered accurately to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

AURIÈLLO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging where applicable

Certain items, including made-to-order pieces and intimate garments, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
